One run: the hashtags searched longest ago → Apify finds post authors → new profiles → hard filters (size, activity, ER) → Claude keeps US fitness creators and businesses and picks their brands. Accounts that fit no brand are skipped but not remembered, so a future brand can pick them up. New ones appear on Creators with status Candidate and Source = apify.
Each city's prefixes × every brand's "City hashtag endings" (Brands → Edit) become hashtags in the queue: atx + runclub → #atxrunclub. Bigger cities are tried first; combos with no posts pause themselves.
Errors are kept 90 days, everything else 30 days (cleanup-logs cron, daily at 03:00 UTC).
